KNOCKED IT OUT OF THE PARK
We were using the pay scale system on our new Cat 320 Excavator and were dissatisfied with the results. The Operator/Trainer Douglas came on-site to train a crew of 20 people over the course of 3 days. He knocked it out of the park!
